  • Frequently Asked Questions

    • Simply open the "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay"  app on your device, and add in your Elevate card details.

      For Samsung Pay: On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. From the Home tab, swipe to and tap Samsung Pay. If prompted, sign into your Samsung account. Tap + in the upper right of the screen, and then tap Add credit or debit card.
    • Yes! We have added both Google Pay and Samsung Pay!
    • Apple Pay uses a graphical representation, not an identical replica of your Elevate card, so the image of your card won’t be exact. It is similar to Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
    • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay have more specific information on their sites.  
    • Digital Wallet doesn't store your credit or debit card number on your device, which means that you never reveal your name, card number or security code to merchants. Your device creates a unique digital code which is used to verify payment. Plus, the whole system is protected by Visa's Zero Liability policy, which protects you from unauthorized, fraudulent purchases.
    • Not all phones and smartwatches are compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Apple Pay: You need an iPhone 6 or higher to pay in stores. Even if your phone cannot pay in stores, Apple Pay can easily make purchases within some apps. For additional information go to the Apple Pay Device support. Google Pay: It works on any NFC-enabled Android device running Lollipop 5.0 or higher for in-store purchases. Customers can use devices that are not NFC-enabled to make Google Pay purchases in merchant mobile apps. For more details go to Google Pay help.
