How do I set up Digital Wallet?
Simply open the Apple Pay or Google Wallet app on your device and enter your Elevate card details.
For Samsung Pay: On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. From the Home tab, swipe to and tap Samsung Pay. If prompted, sign into your Samsung account. Tap + in the upper right of the screen, and then tap Add credit or debit card.
Are Elevate cards compatible with other payment solutions, such as Samsung Pay?
Yes! We have added both Google Wallet and Samsung Pay!
My card looks different on Apple Pay. Why?
Apple Pay uses a graphical representation, not an identical replica of your Elevate card, so the image of your card won’t be exact. It is similar to Google Wallet and Samsung Pay.
How is my personal information protected with Digital Wallet?
Digital Wallet doesn't store your credit or debit card number on your device, which means that you never reveal your name, card number, or security code to merchants. Your device creates a unique digital code, which is used to verify payment. Plus, the whole system is protected by Visa's Zero Liability policy, which protects you from unauthorized, fraudulent purchases.
Will my phone or watch work with Digital Wallet?
Not all phones and smartwatches are compatible with Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or Samsung Pay. Apple Pay: Check here for compatible devices Apple Pay Device support.
