- Your first Debit Card is free with your checking account. If you need a new card due to fraud, a name change, or an expiration, the new card is free. Replacement cards for other reasons are $5.
- Instant Issue Cards are printed flat. If you’d prefer a card with the name and numbers that are embossed, request that your card be mailed to you.
- We can print you a new card for free.
- You can get your card instantly by coming into any of our branch locations. Or you can call (435) 723.3437 to request a card, and we will mail it to you.
- Yes! An ATM Card is a great back-up in case you lose your Debit Card.
