All about eAlerts
Let's face it: banking can be stressful. It can be hard to keep track of money going in and out, pay loans on time, and ensure your balance never falls too low. But there's a solution to these problems - text and email alerts, which are easily set up through Elevate's mobile app or online banking. Here's how eAlerts can boost your financial wellness and grant you peace of mind.
Benefits of eAlerts
eAlerts have become increasingly popular in recent years, and for a good reason. These alerts are notifications sent directly to your phone, tablet, or computer, providing real-time updates about your account.
They can help you stay on top of your finances and avoid unexpected surprises. For example, you can set up alerts to notify you when a transaction exceeds a certain amount or when your balance falls below a certain threshold, or even remind you to make your loan payment a few days before it's due.
One massive benefit of eAlerts is also that they can help you identify potential fraud or unauthorized transactions. If you receive an alert for a transaction you don't recognize, you can immediately protect your account and prevent further damage. If this does happen, please contact Elevate immediately and let us know so we can take steps to secure your account.
eAlerts are also incredibly customizable and convenient. You can choose which alerts you receive, how frequently you receive them, and how they're delivered - via text, email, or push notification. And they can even potentially help you save money - setting up alerts for low-balance reminders can help you avoid overdraft fees.
