The Elevate Two-Seater Children’s Electric Ride-On Truck Giveaway is sponsored by Elevate Credit Union. The giveaway begins on July 28, 2026,  and ends on September 14, 2026, at 6:00 pm Mountain Time. Entries received after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Box Elder, Cache, and Rich counties who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officials, volunteers, and immediate family or household members of Elevate Credit Union employees are not eligible to enter.

To enter, scan the giveaway QR code or complete the official online entry form. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. No purchase or Elevate Credit Union membership is required.

One eligible winner will be selected through a random drawing after the giveaway closes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will receive one two-seater children’s electric ride-on truck with an approximate retail value of $260. The prize is awarded as-is and has no cash value. The prize may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Elevate Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the entry form. The selected winner must respond within 14 business days and may be required to provide proof of eligibility and sign a prize acknowledgment or release. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, another winner may be selected.

The winner must pick up the prize from Elevate Credit Union, 1023 Medical Dr.  | Brigham City, Utah,  within 14 days of notification. The winner is responsible for transporting the prize from the pickup location.

The ride-on truck is intended for children ages 3 and older and has a maximum combined rider weight of 110 pounds. Adult assembly, charging, maintenance, and supervision are required. The winner is responsible for reviewing and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, age recommendations, rider limitations, and safety precautions.

Elevate Credit Union makes no warranties regarding the prize and is not responsible for assembly, maintenance, operation, injury, loss, damage, or misuse associated with the acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Elevate Credit Union and its employees, officers, directors, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Elevate Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness or operation of the giveaway. Elevate Credit Union’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration, and winner selection are final.

This giveaway is governed by applicable federal and Utah laws and is void where prohibited.
