Carve it, paint it, decorate it, or transform it however you like. Your pumpkin must be your own original creation.
Complete the official entry form and then email us a photo of your finished pumpkin. Both the entry form and pumpkin photo are required for a valid entry.

People’s Choice Award
Eligible entries received by the People’s Choice deadline will be assigned a contest number and featured in the Pumpkin Decorating Contest album on Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook page.
Only reactions made directly on the original pumpkin photos in Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook album count as votes. Reactions made on shared or reposted copies of an entry will not be included in the official vote total. Shares themselves do not count as votes.
The eligible pumpkin entry with the most reactions when voting closes will win the $50 People’s Choice Award.
Elevate Credit Union may disregard automated, fraudulent, or otherwise manipulated activity.
Only the pumpkin photo and assigned contest number will be shared publicly. Names, ages, email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information will not be posted.

The Fine Print
Contest Details
✓ Open to current Elevate Credit Union members only. One entry per person.
✓ Families may submit entries for multiple children using the same parent or guardian email address and phone number, but each participant must have a separate entry form and pumpkin photo.
✓ Entries for children under age 13 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Entrants ages 13–17 must have parent or legal guardian approval. All entrants under age 18 must have permission for their submitted pumpkin photo to be used in connection with the contest.
✓ The pumpkin must be the entrant’s original creation. AI-generated artwork, designs, or contest entries are not permitted.
✓ Photos must clearly show the pumpkin and must not include people, personal information, addresses, license plates, or other identifying details.
✓ A valid entry requires both the completed entry form and emailed pumpkin photo.
✓ People’s Choice entries must be received by October 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MT. Youth, Teen, and Adult judging entries must be received by November 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MT.
✓ Eligible People’s Choice entries will be assigned a contest number and featured in Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook album. Only the pumpkin photo and contest number will be shared publicly.
✓ People’s Choice votes will be counted using reactions made directly on the original pumpkin photos in Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook album. Reactions on shared or reposted copies and shares themselves will not count toward the official total. Elevate may disregard automated, fraudulent, or otherwise manipulated activity.
✓ Winners will be notified by phone and email, and prize money will be deposited directly into the winner’s Elevate Credit Union account.
✓ All submitted photos are subject to review. Elevate may reject or disqualify entries that do not follow the contest rules or contain inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable content.
Pumpkin Decorating Contest Rules & Disclosure
The Elevate Credit Union Pumpkin Decorating Contest will run from October 1 through November 2, 2026 and is open to current Elevate Credit Union members only. Membership will be verified before prizes are awarded.
Contest categories are Youth (ages 0–12), Teen (ages 13–17), and Adult (ages 18+). The Youth category winner will receive $25, the Teen category winner will receive $35, and the Adult category winner will receive $50. Winners in the Youth, Teen, and Adult categories will be selected by the Elevate Credit Union Board and Management Team based on creativity and originality. A separate $50 People’s Choice Award will be determined through voting on Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook page. All prizes will be deposited directly into the winner’s Elevate Credit Union account.
One entry per person. Families with multiple children may use the same parent or guardian email address and phone number for more than one child; however, each participant must have a separate entry form and submit their own pumpkin creation.
To be considered a valid entry, participants must complete the official contest entry form and email a photo of their finished pumpkin to marketing@elevatecu.com using the same email address entered on the form. Both the completed entry form and pumpkin photo are required. For entrants under age 13, the photo must be emailed by the parent or legal guardian.
People’s Choice Deadline: To be included in People’s Choice voting, the completed entry form and pumpkin photo must be received by October 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MT.
General Contest Deadline: Entries for the Youth, Teen, and Adult judging categories must be received by November 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MT. Entries received after the People’s Choice deadline may still be eligible for the Youth, Teen, or Adult judging categories if received by the general contest deadline. Late or incomplete entries may not be eligible.
All submitted pumpkins must be the original work of the entrant. Pumpkins may be carved, painted, decorated, or otherwise creatively designed. AI-generated artwork, AI-generated designs, or AI-created contest entries are not permitted.
Submitted photos must clearly show the pumpkin and must not include people, personal information, addresses, license plates, or other identifying details in the background.
For participants under age 13, the entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on the child’s behalf using the parent or guardian’s contact information. Participants ages 13–17 must have approval from a parent or legal guardian. All participants under age 18 must have parent or legal guardian permission for the submitted pumpkin photo to be used in connection with the contest.
Each eligible entry received by the October 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MT People’s Choice deadline will be assigned a contest number and may be included in the Pumpkin Decorating Contest album on Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook page. People’s Choice voting will take place from October 26 through November 1, 2026. Entries received after the People’s Choice deadline may still be considered for the Youth, Teen, or Adult category if received by November 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. MT. All contest winners will be announced on November 2, 2026.
To vote for the People’s Choice Award, voters may react to their favorite pumpkin photos in the official Pumpkin Decorating Contest album on Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook page. Each reaction made directly on an original pumpkin photo in Elevate Credit Union’s Facebook album will count toward that entry’s People’s Choice total. Reactions made on shared or reposted copies of a pumpkin photo will not be counted, and shares themselves do not count as votes. Entrants may share their pumpkin with friends and family and encourage them to visit the original Facebook album and vote. The eligible pumpkin receiving the most reactions when voting closes will win the People’s Choice Award. Elevate Credit Union may disregard automated, fraudulent, or otherwise manipulated activity.
Only the submitted pumpkin photo and assigned contest number will be shared publicly. Elevate Credit Union will not publicly share the entrant’s name, age, email address, phone number, or other identifying information. No personal information about minor entrants will be shared publicly.
By entering the contest, the participant, or the participant’s parent or legal guardian when applicable, gives Elevate Credit Union permission to use the submitted pumpkin photo for purposes related to the contest, including judging, People’s Choice voting, contest promotion, and announcing contest results. Public use of the photo will not include the entrant’s personal identifying information.
Winners will be contacted using the phone number and email address provided on the entry form. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information. False, incomplete, or inaccurate information that prevents Elevate Credit Union from verifying membership, confirming eligibility, or contacting a winner may result in disqualification.
All entries and submitted photos are subject to review by Elevate Credit Union. Elevate reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that do not meet contest requirements or that contain inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable content. Photos will be reviewed before being displayed or included in People’s Choice voting.
