There’s something pretty special about getting to step away from the everyday and simply celebrate the people who make what we do possible.
That’s exactly what we did at our Member Appreciation Day on Saturday, Oct. 3. We filled the Boys & Girls Club Event Center in Brigham City with pumpkins, games, treats, balloon art and, most importantly, plenty of our members!
We wanted this year’s Member Appreciation Day to feel like a fun fall afternoon for the whole family, so we turned the event center into a fall carnival.
Members could stop by and play games, grab a treat, take a photo at our fall-themed backdrop and visit with the Elevate team. We also had balloon artists creating some seriously impressive balloon creations throughout the afternoon.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be a fall carnival without pumpkins!
We set up our very own pumpkin patch, and every member who came had the chance to pick out a free pumpkin while supplies lasted. Seeing families walk around the patch and choose the perfect pumpkin was one of our favorite parts of the day.
As much fun as the games, pumpkins and treats were, our favorite part of the day was getting to see so many familiar faces.
Member Appreciation Day gives our team a chance to connect with members outside of the usual banking conversations. Instead of talking about accounts, loans or financial goals, we got to play games, hand out treats, help pick out pumpkins and just enjoy the afternoon together.
Those little moments are a big part of what makes being a community credit union so special.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to Member Appreciation Day and spent part of their Saturday with us. Whether you stopped by for a pumpkin, played a game, grabbed a treat or simply came to say hello, we’re so glad you were there.
